Personal information

When you make a purchase on Domainbox’ web site, you are registered as a customer. We register the following information: Name, address, phone number and e-mail. Company name and CVR/VAT numbers are also registered for companies.

Information stored by Domainbox is under no circumstance passed on or sold to a third party. We store no sensitive, personal information.

We only register your personal information in order to invoice the product or the service. Your e-mail address is used for sending you practicel information, such as invoices and account details.

The collection of personal information is only done with your consent. It is important that you are notified about the information we gather, and why we gather this information. You always have the right to be informed about the information we store - and why we gather the information. You are always entitled to object to the registration and to be informed about the data we store about you.

The information is stored for a minimum of 5 years due to regulations in the accountancy act. The information is neither stored or transmitted in an encrypted form.

Statistics

Domainbox deploys various statistical tools on the web site, including the registration of IP addresses, browser versions, operating systems etc. The statistics are purely anonymous and is solely used to track usage patterns on the web site.

IP adresses are not linked to registered users. In the case of fraud or other attempts at illegal activity, such information may be passed on to law enforcement.

Cookies

Domainbox uses cookies to save content in the shopping cart and to remember your preferred way of having the page displayed, for instance the choice of language.
